Aircraft Maintenance

In the fast-paced world of aviation, Monarch Air understands that serving aircraft owners, managers, and pilots requires not only an understanding of the industry, but the equipment and expertise to deliver quality service every time your aircraft visits our facility.  Whether performing routine turbine or piston aircraft inspections, major repair or a modification, Monarch Air's repair station will provide professional and experienced attention to support your budget and scheduling demands.

Located at Addison Airport (KADS), just 10 miles north of downtown Dallas, the Monarch Air Maintenance Division offers all the amenities general and corporate aviation deserve. We understand that top-quality and safety-conscious do not preclude cost-effectiveness, and we deliver all this and more each and every job.

Authorizations

We encompass a large staff of technicians with a vast amount of experience specializing in Cessna Citations and Beechcraft King Airs.  All of our maintenance technicians participate in an approved Department of Transportation drug testing program.

Monarch Air offers a large inventory of  pilot shop supplies and aircraft parts, which support our technicians to provide minimal aircraft down time. As an authorized Cessna Aircraft Service Center, we offer certified Cessna aircraft parts that can be shipped directly to you. Services

Monarch Air offers extensive experience on routine maintenance and inspections of Cessna Citations 500 series and 750, Beechcraft King Airs, Raytheon Hawkers, and Piper Cheyennes, as well as a wide variety of the piston single engine and multi engine aircraft.

Director of Maintenance - Robert Johnson

Robert Johnson’s aviation career began in 1977 as an aircraft electrician in the US Navy, where he served for 6 years during which he received his Airframe and Power Plant Certificate.  Over the next 7 years, he continued his aviation career working for Chaparral Aviation Beechcraft and Campbell Aviation.  In 1985, Robert started his own maintenance facility, ADS Aircraft Services, which he operated for 15 years.  In the summer of 2001, Robert joined the Monarch Air family as the Director of Maintenance.
