- In addition to the aircraft requirements, a Monarch Air Insurance checkout must be completed before the aircraft can be rented.

McKinney – Mon-Sun, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

or Check.
- Any flights returning after business hours or out all day will be expected to have
prior payment arrangements completed in advance. Blank personal checks do
not meet the deposit requirements.
- Monarch Air Instruction rates:
- - Line CFIs - $45.00 per hour
- - Stage Checks - $50.00 per hour
- - Senior Instructors - $50.00 per hour
- All Monarch Aircraft have daily hour minimums. They are 2 hours per day on weekdays and 3 hours per day on weekends. If we bill you using the daily minimums, there is no carry-forward or credit for unflown hours.
- Due to the abnormally high variances in fuel costs, a fuel surcharge may be in effect. Please check with the appropriate front counter personnel to see if this will apply to your rental rate before your flight.
- All Monarch Air "cash" customer (those not having accounts previously established) will be expected to pay in full for all flights immediately upon return, regardless of time of day or night. Please verify your checkbook, wallet, credit cards, etc. before your flight. We will not be able to accept the lack of these items as a reason to delay payment.
- All aircraft rentals from Monarch Air are subject to Texas Sales Tax. Instructor fees are non-taxable.
- Monarch Air will reimburse you for your actual fuel cost up to a maximum amount that is adjusted from time to time due to the volatile price of aviation fuel. Please check with Monarch Air personnel for the current reimbursement rate. All receipts must clearly show the number of gallons and the price per gallon. Any costs incurred over the Monarch Air reimbursement rate will be the customer’s responsibility. Any other policy would require a rental rate increase. Please turn in your fuel slips at the same time as you return from your flight. We will not be able to give credit or issue refunds for any fuel slips turned in beyond 10 days after the completion of the rental activity. Due to rapid fuel price fluctuations, the reimbursement price is subject to change without notice. Please verify the current reimbursement price with the front office prior to your flight.
- Aircraft rental prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices in effect on the first day of the rental will apply, regardless of any advanced scheduling.
