The Cessna 172s Skyhawk

Monarch Air operates a late modern fleet of Cessna 172S Skyhawks. As the most popular single-engine aircraft ever built, the Skyhawk has achieved a reputation for being the ultimate training aircraft.  Measured by its longevity and popularity, the Cessna 172 is the most successful aircraft in history. With simplistic flight characteristics, great visibility and a sophisticated glass cockpit outfitted with Garmin G1000 avionics; the Skyhawk boasts a slow landing speed and a lenient stall. These characteristics make it a flight training favorite ideally suited for beginning pilots, and it’s perfectly designed for rentals.
